Aluminum profiles are aluminum rods that are hot-melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes melting and casting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder coating, etc.).

Aluminum profiles are divided into the following categories according to their applications

1. Industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in aircraft, trains, industrial radiators, automobiles, electrical appliances, etc.

2. Aluminum alloy building profiles: mainly used for building doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and aluminum profiles for building structure.

Aluminum profiles are classified according to surface treatment as follows

1. Anodized aluminum: the surface of the profile is anodized, electrolytic coloring or organic coloring.

2. Electrophoretic painted aluminum: the surface of the profile is treated by anodic oxidation and electrophoretic painting.
