Aluminum profiles are aluminum rods that are hot-melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes melting and casting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder coating, etc.).

Aluminum profiles are divided into the following categories according to their applications

1. Industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in aircraft, trains, industrial radiators, automobiles, electrical appliances, etc.

2. Aluminum alloy building profiles: mainly used for building doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and aluminum profiles for building structure.

Aluminum profiles are classified according to surface treatment as follows

1. Anodized aluminum: the surface of the profile is anodized, electrolytic coloring or organic coloring.

2. Electrophoretic painted aluminum: the surface of the profile is treated by anodic oxidation and electrophoretic painting.

3. Powder coating aluminum: the surface of the profile is coated with thermosetting organic polymer powder.

4. Fluorocarbon paint spraying aluminum: the surface of the profile is coated with polyvinylidene fluoride paint. At present, the commonly used heat insulation profile is a kind of aluminum alloy profile which adopts the compound of wearing strip or pouring.

1. Appearance quality: the surface of anodic oxidation profile is not allowed to have defects that affect the use such as electric burns and peeling off of oxide film; the paint film of electrophoresis, powder and fluorocarbon profile after painting should be uniform, neat and smooth, and not allowed to have defects that affect the use such as wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and peeling off of paint film, but the partial absence of film is allowed within 80mm of the profile end. The appearance quality of aluminum alloy building profiles affects the building decoration effect, so the surface of factory profiles must be covered with film to avoid surface scratches, bruises and corrosion in the process of transportation and stacking. Some aluminum alloy building profiles on the market have similar water-like and moldy spots in the inner cavity, reflecting the defects of the production process.

2. Wall thickness: the wall thickness of the profile is one of the main factors affecting the strength of the processed parts, and the main profile is the force part in the project. For example, the zui small nominal wall thickness of the main profile of the outer window shall not be less than 1.4mm.

3. Film thickness: extruded aluminum alloy profile, its surface corrosion resistance is not strong, surface treatment must be carried out to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of aluminum. Anodic oxidation aluminum film thickness level is divided into AA10, AA15, AA20, AA25, electrophoretic coating aluminum film thickness level is divided into A. B. S, powder coating aluminum decorative surface coating zui small local thickness ≥ 40um, fluorocarbon paint spraying aluminum decorative surface paint thickness due to different coating types, the requirements are different, two coating average film thickness ≥ 30um, three coating average film thickness ≥ 40um, four coating average film thickness ≥ 65um. 4. Chemical composition and mechanical properties: The technical parameters of chemical composition and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy profiles are different for different grades and supply states, so customers should check them one by one against the standard (contract).

5. Color and color difference: There are differences in color and color difference between different grades and supply states of the alloy. It is recommended that when choosing the alloy grade and delivery state, the impact of color and color difference on the building structure should be fully considered.
